This store is fantastic, quite a few tents setup in store so that you can see the actual size. Very happy with the customer service as well, Karen was extremely helpful and polite in responded to my questions. I highly recommend this store :)

We have visited the Midland store twice and purchased items both times. An excellent store with a large range of products.Customer service is excellent with plenty of staff to assist. Will definitely shop there again.

We bought a Zempire Pro TXL tent. Karen, one of the staff, was absolutely fantastic. She's so friendly, helpful and considerate, not only spent a lot of time to make sure we got the right item, help us to trace the items we needed for the tent. She also suggested we test it before we go on our trip. The rest of the staff are very friendly as well. It's such a pleasant place to shop for camping products.

This is 4&1/2 stars! Thanks to the guys at tentworld. With a good explanation I was able to install my new Darche eclipse slimline awning. As it was light weight, I was able to do the install solo. Would give 5 stars but was needing some T bolts, would have been good to have some for purchase. Thanks all!

Amazing advice and friendly assistance. Wasn't chased around the store but I was offered help at key times (arrivale, loitering in front of a product and searching up and down an isle)

They say don't go grocery shopping when you're hungry, likewise don't go here when you're excited to go camping. My last visit was meant to be quick to pick up a couple of small kitchen items. I walked out about an hour later with a whole new camping setup. It's awesome!You have been warned.

Came to purchase a chair. Sat in the many out on display. Looked around the entire store. Three staff managed to all be so involved in their own tasks that none of them acknowledged our presence or offered assistance. Must be great to not need to sell anything and just wait for the money to come to you!
